  • One-stop production line

    GAMSUNGTEX has operated its own factory since founding Saerim Textiles in 1985. Product planning, knitting, sewing, dyeing, finishing, and packaging all run inside one line — no outsourcing. For OEM partners that means consistent quality, predictable lead times, and end-to-end QC traceability.

  • Premium knitting machinery and yarn

    We knit on Italian LONATI 400-needle circular machines for an even, ring-free fabric. Instead of standard spun yarn we use FD (Full Dull) treated multi-filament yarn combined with functional spandex, delivering smooth long-wear comfort and a clearly premium finish.

  • Total Factory Service

    Beyond build-to-spec OEM, our in-house product planning team develops new materials and patterns each season and brings them to partners. Strict QC and steady supply are designed so a first order becomes a recurring delivery and a repeat partnership.

    Yarn Covering

    Wrapping nylon tightly around a polyurethane elastic core to boost stocking elasticity and durability.

  2. /02

    Knitting

    Knitting the covered yarn into the target stocking shape — circular raw fabric.

  3. /03

    Pre-treatment

    Heat-treatment (Presetting) to remove impurities and align the fibre structure.

  4. /04

    Sewing

    Closing the toe, shaping the panty section, attaching waistband and lace.

  5. /05

    Dyeing

    Dyeing the stocking with dyes and specialty agents to the target colour.

  6. /06

    Finishing

    Setting the dyed, dewatered stocking on a leg form for the final shape and appearance.

  7. /07

    Inspection & Packaging

    QC screening for defects and final packaging.

  8. /08

    Shipping

    Outbound delivery to domestic and overseas partners.
